Wellness Coaching

What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching is intended to help clients discover their own wellness vision and create their own unique plan for how to arrive at that vision. Clients have an opportunity to find out their strengths, values, and supportive resources to help them on their journey. The purpose of Wellness Coaching is to empower clients to find their own answers for achieving lasting change. 

What are the Details?

  • Sessions are available on Thursdays between 9am and 4pm in 2001K JKB
  • The first session is 60 minutes and following sessions are 30 minutes
  • Coaching sessions last 2-3 months 
  • Coaching sessions are with Marie Harris, Certified Wellness Coach
  • Sessions include: 
    • Creating a personalized wellness vision
    • Building a long-term behavioral plan based on your vision 
    • Making weekly action plans that will help you progress toward achieving your wellness vision
