To establish a work environment that promotes healthy lifestyles, decreases the risk of disease, and enhances the quality of life. To provide educational opportunities, wellness activities, screenings, and other self-improvement opportunities.

Intellectual: Acquiring new knowledge through stimulating mental activities. Physical: Implementing positive lifestyle habits and physical activity. Social: Maintaining and building healthy relationships. Spiritual: Integrating gospel principles into personal behavior.
