Step One:

Step Two:

This step helps ensure you are eating a variety of foods and are getting all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your body needs to maintain optimal functioning.
Step Three:
Put together a weekly Healthy Eating Plan by using the Food Diary link. You can also use the diary to track how well you do. A food diary provides a great way to stay aware and accountable of your food choices, and expose areas where your eating habits can be improved.
