Lean Santa Health Challenge November 16 - January 2

ATTENTION!!  This holiday health challenge will only be completed on PAPER, there is no online tracking program. At the end of this challenge you will report your completion here or you can mail in your completed paper.



November 16, 2009 - January 2, 2010

Gobble gobble gobble and Ho Ho Ho! Get ready to look your best this holiday season!  Our annual weight management health challenge, with a new healthy twist, is one of our most popular.

 

To be a Lean Santa Finisher you will need to:

   1. Maintain your beginning weight within 2 pounds*. (Losing more than 2 lbs. is okay)
   2. At least 3 times each week, go to bed by 10:30 P.M. and/or get 7+ hours of sleep.

*Pregnant women should maintain their weight within the recommendations set by their physician. If you have other health concerns, please consult with your physician before participating in this health challenge. If your health condition prevents you from completing this challenge, please contact our office to work out alternative challenge requirements.
