Weight Management: Session 3 January 8

The weight loss seminar is comprised of six classes which cover the various aspects of weight loss. During this six week course, we will cover the "non-diet" approach to weight loss by utilizing food records and behavior change.

Come join us for a fun and interactive seminar that will jump start you on the path to weight loss.

When you register for this class, you automatically register for all classes in this series. The times and dates are as follows:
