Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are offered on campus, free of charge and during your lunch hour, even after work. No registration is required to participate in the fitness classes. Spring classes begin May 8th, 2017. Participants will receive a punch card the first time they come to classes. Attend any fitness class or a combination 12 times to receive a coupon for a free Jamba Juice smoothie!

Spring/Summer 2017 Classes


Tuesday & Thursday
From 5:10 p.m. to 5:45 p.m

Quick calorie burn- 15 minutes of HIIT is better than jogging on a treadmill for an hour. Continue to burn fat even after the workout is over. Keep your heart rate up with short recovery periods in between high-intensity bursts.


Monday, Wednesday & Friday (SFH 191)
From 12:10 p.m. to 12:45 p.m

Flexibility and Mind-body workout. Working with your own body weight to strengthen and tone muscles. Can help with chronic back pain.

Try something new with kickboxing! It’s a great full-body workout, combining cardio and resistance training. Relieve stress and have fun in a high-energy class.

Low impact workout, toned legs, burn lots of calories (300-600 per class), improve heart health, and increase muscle endurance. Can go at your own pace. Fun atmosphere to keep motivated.
