Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are offered on campus, free of charge and during your lunch hour, even after work. No registration is required to participate in the fitness classes. Fall classes begin September 11th, 2017. Participants will receive a punch card the first time they come to classes. Attend any fitness class or a combination 12 times to receive a coupon for a free Jamba Juice smoothie!

Yoga

Flexibility and Mind-body workout. Working with your own body weight to strengthen and tone muscles. Can help with chronic back pain.


Indoor Cycling

Friday

Low impact workout, toned legs, burn lots of calories (300-600 per class), improve heart health, and increase muscle endurance. Can go at your own pace. Fun atmosphere to keep motivated.

Learn to use gym equipment and feel comfortable doing strength training exercises with proper form. On Wednesdays, work with your own body weight to increase core strength!
