Living Well: Managing Chronic Conditions

This 6-week course is designed for those with chronic conditions and for those living with someone who has a chronic condition such as asthma, arthritis, fibromyalgia, cancer, heart disease, emphysema, depression, chronic pain, and more. Couples are welcome.

You will learn you how to manage symptoms, work with your healthcare team, set weekly action plans, effectively use medication, problem solve, develop a healthy lifestyle, and much more.

Wednesday Evenings from 5:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

​​​​​Course content was developed by Stanford University and has several years of positive research regarding the outcomes of the program. Trainers are certified in the material and are sponsored by the Utah Department of Health in conjunction the Utah Arthritis Foundation. Space is limited so be sure to register early!
