Living Well: Diabetes Self-Management Workshop

This free six-week self-management workshop is open to diabetics, pre-diabetics, and those living with someone who is diabetic. Couples are encouraged to attend. In the workshop you will learn how to manage symptoms, work with your healthcare team, set weekly action plans, manage difficult emotions, make difficult decisions, effectively use medication, and much more. This program was developed at Stanford University and is taught under the license of the Utah County Health Department. This course, valued at $250, is free for BYU faculty, staff and spouses or their dependents (18 years of age or older). This workshop is usually taught once a year.
