Student Fitness Trainers are available free of charge, to help you achieve your fitness goals! Depending on your goals, fitness trainers could assess fitness, demonstrate how to use weightlifting equipment, set up a strength or fitness program, talk about basic nutrition, etc.
To sign up for an appointment (that last approximately 1 hour) email us at email@example.com. You will be asked to submit a pre-assessment and what you want to accomplish during your training sessions. Most appointments are held at the Faculty/Staff Fitness Center in the SFH.
